Boil 6 eggs and peel.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yokes and place in medium bowl. Add light mayo, Topor’s golden dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard to bowl. Mash ingredients with fork and stir until evenly mixed together, then add minced pickle and finely chopped dill and pinch of salt and pepper. Finally, scoop or pipe mixture into egg halves and garnish with dill and paprika. Sliced pickle garnish highly advised!
½ Topor’s Golden Dill Pickle minced
a splash of Topor’s Golden Dill Pickle juice
¼ cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
A pinch kosher salt
A pinch black pepper
hot paprika 🔥(optional)
fresh dill finely chopped
